和髎 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属手少阳三焦经。手、足少阳，手太阳之会。在头侧部，当鬓发后缘，平耳廓根之前方，颞浅动脉的后缘。布有耳颞神经的分支，面神经颞支和颞浅动、静脉。主治头痛，耳鸣，牙关紧闭，颈颌肿痛等。斜刺0.3-0.5寸，避开动脉。艾条灸5-10分钟。
