| 鳇 Huso dauricus；huso sturgeon 鲟形目鲟科鳇属的一种。一般体长2～3米，重200～400千克；最大个体长达5米以上，重达1000千克。体长梭形，被5纵行骨板状大硬鳞。头略呈三角形。吻长而较尖。与鲟类的区别在于口裂宽大，呈新月形。背部黑青色，两侧黄色，侧硬鳞骨板黄褐色。分布于黑龙江中下游及乌苏里江、松花江、嫩江下游，为名贵鱼类；黄河口附近也有过记载。为江河的底层鱼类，常分散活动，平时多栖息在汇流及回水中，冬季在深水越冬。怀卵量约38.34万～328万粒，卵灰黑色、粘性。食鱼，以鮈类为主，其次是鲤、鲫、雅罗鱼等，食量较大。
