材料:

鸡中翼250克[切块],芹菜90克[切条],胡萝卜90克[切条]

xo酱3汤匙

腌料

旧庄特级蚝油1-1/2汤匙,淀粉1/2茶匙

芝麻油(混合)1茶匙

做法1.鸡翼与腌料拌匀。2.芹菜及胡萝卜放入沸水中略煮,沥干。3.用2汤匙油炒熟鸡翼,加入芹菜、胡萝卜及李锦记xo酱,炒匀至热透。
