In general,the condition of teacher s professional ethics of the graduates from teachers colleges is satisfying:they are aware of the loftiness of teacher profession;there exist unity and cooperation among teachers; they care about and respect their students;they constantly strive for perfection in their work.

This paper analyzes the present employment situation of normal college graduates in Jiangsu Province and also suggests some measures to improve the work concerned.
