The employment environment for graduates in higher vocational colleges is an organic related network constructed in a specific means by several factors including the national functional departments,colleges,employing units and graduates and based on the need of the social and economic development in a specific period.

Methods:OSCE was carried out for a total of 259 college nursing graduates and then the exam results were analyzed.

Screening theory can preferably explain why junior college graduate employment is generally concerntrated into selecting service industry and private enterprises.

In general,the condition of teacher s professional ethics of the graduates from teachers colleges is satisfying:they are aware of the loftiness of teacher profession;there exist unity and cooperation among teachers; they care about and respect their students;they constantly strive for perfection in their work.
