In general,the condition of teacher s professional ethics of the graduates from teachers colleges is satisfying:they are aware of the loftiness of teacher profession;there exist unity and cooperation among teachers; they care about and respect their students;they constantly strive for perfection in their work.

Graduates are special highlevel talents with excellent qualities,which are more important for university students specialized in Japanese.

Designing of listening for Japanese majors

Recently,the writer made a survey of the first technological Japanese major stndents who will graduate soon from our college in order to master and realize the studying condition of the first students,to improve the teaching qnality and effect,to satisfy the dcmands of society and students.

This article,in reference to reforms in Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute and in Beijing Teacher s University raises assumtion of future courses setting of Japanese major in Japanese department of Shanxi Teachers University.
