郑文宝翻刻的明拓本秦《峄山刻石》。剪条装，原文37页，每页2行，行3字，纵30厘米，横15.5厘米。郑文宝跋 5页,每页10行,行 8字。此碑书法遒劲瘦硬，与《泰山刻石》、《琅琊台刻石》相比,框廓纤细有余,雍容敦厚不足。论者或云"徐铉篆书是学李阳冰的缘故"，或云"疑斯相篆原有二体，故后世各相祖述"。
此本为明时所拓，"维"、"暴"、"泰"等字不损，较清代初年拓本少断裂一道，是"长安本"传世最旧拓本之一。有吴賮忱题签，周震甲跋，"浯溪吴氏华澄阁金石"等藏印。现藏故宫博物院。
《峄山刻石》是秦始皇诸刻石中最早的一种，为始皇二十八年(公元前219)东巡时所刻,在今山东邹县。原石在南北朝时被北魏太武帝推倒，唐时被乡人烧毁。现在所能看到最早的本子，就是宋淳化四年 (993)郑文宝以南唐徐铉的摹本重刻于长安的，石现在西安碑林。
《峄山刻石》的翻刻本除"长安本"外，还有多种。明杨士奇所见的重刻本就有"绍兴本"、"浦江郑氏本"、"应天府学本"、"青社本"、"蜀本"、"邹县本"。实际上只有"长安本"是从徐铉摹写本直接摹刻的，其余诸本除伪托"李阳冰本"外，都是从"长安本"再翻的。
