补充资料：《苏联和各加盟共和国刑事立法纲要》
苏联最高苏维埃于1958年12月通过，是各加盟共和国制定刑法典的立法基础。纲要包括4章,47条。各章分别对总则、犯罪、刑罚、判罪和免刑等作了规定。凡是刑事法律规定的侵害苏维埃社会制度或国家制度，侵害社会主义经济体系和社会主义所有制，侵害公民的人身、政治权利、劳动权利、财产权利和其他权利的危害社会行为（作为或不作为），以及刑事法律规定的侵害社会主义法律秩序的其他危害社会行为，都是犯罪。主刑有：剥夺自由，流放、放逐，不剥夺自由的劳动改造，剥夺担任某种职务或从事某种活动的权利，罚金，公开训诫。对现役军人还可适用送往军纪营的刑罚。附加刑有：没收财产，剥夺军衔或专门称号。死刑作为非常的刑罚方法,可以适用于国事罪、情节严重的故意杀人罪,以及其他某些特别严重的犯罪。苏联最高苏维埃主席团于1961～1977年曾多次发布法令，对《刑事立法纲要》进行补充和修改。
