Scientific and Technical Significance of the Translation House;

There was Hui-tong-si-yi Guan in the capital of Qing Dynasty,which was used for accomodating tributary ambassadors coming from dependencies.

This paper raises the fundamental question of the dialectical relationship between existence and thought of translation in the light of ontology and discusses translatability, fidelity and creativity from the perspective of philosophy so as to lay a theoretical foundation for translatology.

Theorists have exerted great efforts to help construct translatology, but translation theories are still far from perfect.
