认知创11练(e。gnitive training)对运动员进行认知能力和认知态度的训练。认知能力包括认识事物、分析问题、解决问题的能力。认知态度包括对训练、比赛及日常生活中各种事物的态度，如对人、对己、对事业的态度。认知训练的目的是培养运动员良好的认知能力和形成积极的认知态度。进行认知训练的主要手段:(l)讲课和说服。(2)观察和学习。(3)平时训练中注意体会身体感觉，结合想像进行练习。(4)通过分析和讨论，形成积极性的思维。(5)信息及时反馈，了解认知观点的正误。(6)利用情绪和意志的积极影响，良好的情绪体验有助于认知能力形成，顽强的意志可帮助克服困难掌握正确的认知方法。在认知训练中，教练员(或他人)只是起引导和帮助的作用，重要的是运动员的自我认知练习。 (刘淑您撰马启伟审)
