想象训练对运动的影响表现在许多方面,为了研究想象训练对肌肉力量迁移效果的影响,通过对运动员右侧上肢进行想象训练,研究对他们左侧上肢肌肉力量和肌电图RMS值的迁移影响,发现想象训练对增加运动员左侧上肢的肌肉力量有明显效果,想象训练对运动员左侧上肢的肌电图也有一定影响。

《淮南子·时则训》
Huainanzi shizexun《淮南子·时则训》中国汉代记载物候学知识的著作之一。《淮南子》，亦称《淮南鸿烈》。西汉淮南王刘安(公元前179一公元前122年)及其门客苏非、李尚、伍被等编著。成书于公元前139年。书中有不少自然科学史料，其中《天文训》一卷，较早记载了二十四个节气的名称;《时则训》是第五卷，主要记述候应。每年分春、夏、秋、冬四季，每季分孟、仲、季三月，逐月记述候应。如孟春之月记为“东风解冻，蛰虫始振苏，鱼上负冰，獭祭鱼，候鸟北”等五个候应。其物候记述较之《夏小正》更为丰富，文字简练易懂。本书与《夏小正》、《礼记·月令》以及《逸周书·时训解》等均为研究中国古代七十二候形成的重要农业气象专著。《淮南子·时则训》首先根据先秦古籍形成“月令”(月令是指按月叙述天象、天气、物候、农事等为主要内容的一种古历书体裁)，即逐月叙述候应，但当时尚未形成七十二候这种物候历。《淮南子》今存清光绪浙江书局的刊本。(朱履宽)
