承运人按照规定要求托运人支付运费等费用的权利：托运人应按规定的标准交付运费等费用，托运人未交付运费的，也可以由收货人交付运费。按照《合同法》第315条规定，托运人或收货人不支付运费、保管费、以及其他费用的，除当事人另有 约定的除外，承运人对相应的运输货物享有留置权。当然，依《合同法》第314的规定，货物在运输过程中因不可抗力灭失的，托运人不负支付运费的义务，未收取运费的，承运人不得要求支付运费；已收取运费的，托运人可以要求返还。-----------《合同法》314条。
