蛋糕坯原料:
黄油或植物黄油 125克
白糖 100克
鸡蛋 2个
核桃仁或榛子仁 50克
面粉 125克
蛋糕发粉 1/2小勺
速溶咖啡 1小勺
夹心原料:
苹果 500克
杏酱 4大勺
广柑甜酒 1大勺
柠檬 1个
作法:
1、黄油加热至软化,加白糖搅拌均匀,再逐个打入鸡蛋,搅打成浆。
2、核桃仁切碎,与蛋糕发粉、速溶咖啡、面粉等混拌均匀,掺入油蛋浆,和成均匀的面团。
3、取圆形烤盒,内面涂油防粘,装入面团按平。
4、烤箱预热至160℃,烤盒置中层,烤30分钟。取出晾凉。
5、苹果削皮去核,切成小块,柠檬挤汁,与杏酱一起放入厚底锅内拌匀,置小火上煮至苹果软粑,离火稍凉后,加入甜酒,拌成果酱。
6、将晾凉的蛋糕,横向片切成三层,层间加夹心果酱即成。
特点:
颜色褐黄,夹层分明,质地松软,有果酱醇香甜味。
