主料:苹果
辅料:面包糠、榛子仁
调料:酸奶、柠檬汁、冰糖、黄糖、肉桂粉
烹制方法:
1、将苹果去皮切成丁,放入沸水中,加少许冰糖,加盖煮一会,用工具将苹果压碎后加入柠檬汁,再盛入容器中,密封放入冰箱中冷藏6-8小时即成苹果酱;
2、将面包糠倒入平底锅中,加入肉桂粉、黄糖炒至颜色发黄后取出备用;
3、取一杯子,放入一层苹果酱,撒上一层炒好的面包糠,倒入酸奶,再加一层苹果酱,撒上榛子仁即成;
特点:酸甜爽口,香脆爽滑。
