果仁苹果杯
主料：苹果
辅料：面包糠、榛子仁
调料：酸奶、柠檬汁、冰糖、黄糖、肉桂粉
烹制方法：
1、将苹果去皮切成丁，放入沸水中，加少许冰糖，加盖煮一会，用工具将苹果压碎后加入柠檬汁，再盛入容器中，密封放入冰箱中冷藏6-8小时即成苹果酱；
2、将面包糠倒入平底锅中，加入肉桂粉、黄糖炒至颜色发黄后取出备用；
3、取一杯子，放入一层苹果酱，撒上一层炒好的面包糠，倒入酸奶，再加一层苹果酱，撒上榛子仁即成；
特点：酸甜爽口，香脆爽滑。
