性质:又称髓袢利尿剂,是一类作用于髓袢升枝粗段的利尿药。利尿作用强大,排泄Na+的强度为肾小球正常滤过Na+的10%以上。此类药物能特异性地与Cl-竞争Na+—K+—2Cl-共同转运系统的Cl-结合部位,抑制NaCl再吸收。主要用于严重心、肝、肾水肿,急性肺水肿和脑水肿,防治肾功能衰竭,加速某些毒物的排泄及对抗症状性高钙血症。该类利尿药的不良反应为低血钾。常用药物包括呋噻米、布美地尼、依他尼酸、托拉塞米等。
