It is necessary to reform our teachers education administration.

By implementing the idea of human-based management in terms of the management of PE teachers,universities must establish the idea of human-based management;consummate the management method,namely the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship,construct the rich campus sports culture,and bring the function of intensive stimulation into play;advocate the method of emotional management.
