The gneissosity attitude changes of the Tongbai gneiss complex in Guangshui-Xiaozidian area, eastern Tongbai orogen, demonstrate a gigantic northwest -southeast trending antiform plunging southeastward.
通过对桐柏山东段广水－孝子店一带桐柏杂岩及红安群的构造解析，提出桐柏杂岩中发育－北西－南东走向并向南东倾伏的大型Ａ型背形。

The Weishancheng ore belt is located in Tongbai Mountains and consists of three stratabound deposits (Yindongpo large gold deposit, Poshan super-large silver deposit, and Yindongling large silver-dominated poly-metallic deposit) and some small ore spots.
河南省桐柏山区的围山城金银成矿带包括破山特大型银矿、银洞坡大型金矿、银洞岭大型银多金属矿床及一些矿点,赋矿地层是新元古界歪头山组,矿体产状与地层产状一致,形态呈似层状、鞍状或透镜状,层控特征显著。

The recent detailed researches in tectonics and petrology show that a great amount of eclogites or retrograded eclogites in different sizes, widely distributed in the Tongbai mountains, constitutes a high-pressure metamorphic belt, around 200 km long and 40 km wide.
