虾子 8尾
蛤蜊 6两
花枝 6两
蒸鱼梅子酱 1/2杯
水 3又1/2杯
[制作流程]
(1)将海鲜洗净沥干备用。
(2)将水加热煮至沸腾后,同时将虾子、蛤蜊、花枝及蒸鱼梅子酱一起放入煮沸后,立即熄火,并将浮出的泡沫捞起不要,即可将梅子海鲜汤盛入深盘中食用。
想喝较清淡的海鲜汤也可以将酱料先与热水煮入味约10分钟后,再将材料捞掉后,再放入海鲜材料煮熟即可。
