主料: 虾米2两(约80克),四季豆8两(约320克),蒜茸1茶匙。
配料: 调味料:辣豉油2汤匙,生抽1汤匙,糖1茶匙,麻油1/2茶匙。
做法: 1、四季豆撕去蒂和老筋,洗净切成两段,放入滚水中焯熟,沥干水分,上碟。
2、虾米洗净,放通风处吹干。调味料混合备用。
3、烧热油1汤匙,爆香蒜茸,虾米,取出放在四季豆上。食时,淋上调味料拌匀即可。
备注: 虾米洗净,吹至干爽,才用热油、蒜茸爆香,特别鲜香美味。
