补充资料：细胞色素体系
细胞色素是一类以铁卟啉为辅基的结合蛋白质，此类蛋白质的颜色来自铁卟啉。根据其吸收光谱的不同可分为三大类：cyt a、cyt b、cyt c。每类又可分为若干种，其中主要细胞色素有a、a3、 b、c、c1、b5、p450等。除b5和p450主要存在于微粒体外，大部分细胞色素存在于线粒体内膜中，并与内膜紧密结合，只有cyt c结合较松。细胞色素作为递电子体，其中铁卟啉中的fe离子能进行可逆的氧化还原反应。
