黑水县芒花乡十白尔古寨西北约两公里处。占地十余亩。相传为公元8世纪后期由大译师白诺杂纳在嘉绒地区传法修建的。现为重修。该寺每年有三次大型的宗教活动，其中藏历6月1日至13日的"泽不基"节会吸引周围众多的信众。
