位于吐鲁番鄯善县坎儿其大峡谷，距火车站镇13公里。
该风景区长约6公里，宽约1—1.50公里。现有宾馆一座，有标准、普通床位96张，大小会议室齐备；有民族风情浓郁的蒙古包10个，可接待200人左右会议团体和旅游团体。
神仙湾风景区由山体景观、湖泊景观、姜太公钓鱼台、绿州园林、休闲游泳场等部分组成。神仙湾湖泊水面近10平方公里，已开设了快艇环湖游、姜太公钓鱼台、休闲游泳场等项目。峡谷中有绿州约3平方公里，由核桃林、杏林、沙枣林构成了绿州的主体，林中流水环绕、曲经通幽、气候凉爽，是盛夏避暑的好地方。入夏以来，每天前往神仙湾风景区避暑观光的旅客络绎不绝。
神仙湾风景区集东天山山脉山体、水体、绿洲、草滩于一体，已建设成为休闲、度假、避暑、娱乐于一体的综合风景区，力争在2008年达到国家aaa级标准。
2005年接待游客达5万人次以上。
