  人才结构优化(struetural optimizatlonof personnel)人才群体内部诸要素按优化原则实行有机结合的最佳方式。它包含有如下几个方面:(l)层次结构优化。即人才群体内部有各种不同层次人才一,如高级人才、中级人才、初级人才,在配置上应呈梯形排列,形成一个金字塔形结构。(2)专业练构优化。专业结构不搞“清一色”,要多样化。不同专业人才配置,既要“软、“硬”结合,又要保持特色,发挥优势:既有整体的适应性,又有具体的超前性。(3)年龄结构优化。即人才群体内部各种不同年龄段的人才配置要合理,使老年、中年和青年人才都能得以充分发挥才能。(4)智能构成优化对人才群体内部不同类型智能人才一做互补性配置,以保持其集聚高创造性的综合智能的能力。(5)性格构成优化即重视人才群体内部的不同性格特征、不同气质类型的人才配置,要协调、通融、互相配合,达到心理相容、人际关系和谐,形成合力。 (李军撰王树茂审)
