This thesis,by introducing the scheme demonstration and confirmation of cross-Yellow River project and the relative information of the probing hole,focuses on the key technique factors influencing the scheme selection of crossing on the Yellow River including the transfer scale,the design water level of the import and export,river regime,type of structure,tunnel diameter and project lay.

Explaining the concepts of digital city and digital engineering, this paper discusses the engineering frame and technical system of digital city and discusses the significance of its building strategy.

The author started with background and research significance of digital engineering given, and constructed the fundamental theory frame of digital engineering.
