This paper proposes the basis and order for the evaluation criteria and index system and their respective proportions of a private university from four aspects:teaching staff, teaching facilitiess,environment and teaching funds.
结合当前我国民办高等院校的现状 ,从师资队伍、教学设施、育人环境和教学经费 4个方面给出评价标准和指标体系及其所占权重系数 ,以此作为评价一所民办高校教学条件是否合格的依据。

From the "self-evaluation reports"of the sampled colleges and universities,we can see that all colleges and universities regard the evaluation as an opportunity and purchase teaching facilities and promote the efficiency of teaching fund.
从样本高校的《自评报告》中我们可以看到,各高校以评估为契机,不断加大教学设施的引进力度,加强教学经费的管理与利用,使得高校的教学条件得到进一步优化和提高。

At present,to incarnate the characteristic and superiority of high-vocational education,difficulties such as lack of authoritative specialized technical teaching materials,lack of teaching facilities,and lack of high qualified teachers should be solved by all kinds of means.
然而,在目前,存在着缺乏有权威的专业技术培训教材、缺乏教学设施、缺乏高素质、高能力的授课教师等现实困难,需通过各种途径加以解决,从而在学生培养质量上实现高职高专院校的特色和优势。
