补充资料：清补煲竹丝鸡
原料：
材料：竹丝鸡250克、熟地15克、大骨100克、生姜10克、红枣10克。调味料：盐10克、味精6克、白糖3克、绍酒10克。
制法:
（1）竹丝鸡砍成大块，熟地洗干净，大骨砍成块，生姜去皮切厚片，红枣泡洗干净。
（2）锅内加水，待水开时，下入竹丝鸡、大骨蒸去其中血水，捞起待用。
（3）在瓦煲里加入竹丝鸡、大骨、生姜、熟地、红枣、绍酒，注入清水，用大火煲5分钟，改小火煲1。5小时后，调入盐、味精、白糖，煲透即可。
特点:
煲的中途不能加水，否则汤质不佳。
