鲜月季花瓣100克，面粉400克，鸡蛋3个，牛奶200克，白糖100克，植物油、精盐、发酵粉各适量。
制法: （1）鸡蛋黄与白糖、牛奶搅匀后，加入面粉、植物油、精盐和发酵粉，轻轻搅成面浆。
（2）月季花瓣加糖腌渍30分钟，和入面浆，下五成热的油锅中炸酥即成。
