Harmonic analysis was used to carry out mathematics imitation for precipitation in Putian Xianyou Plain in the crop growth season (from March to November) and summer dry period (from July to September) during 1961-1997 (a total of 37 years), based on the data from Putian Meteorological Station, and the two mathematical models were obtained.
