材料: 鱿鱼一条,花生100克。

调料: 酱油两大匙,精盐、味精、芝麻油各一小匙,米醋、淀粉各一中匙,水两中匙,葱末、蒜末各一大匙,色拉油三大匙,干辣椒三只。

做法: ①鱿鱼用水烫过,切块,上面划十字纹。

②放入三大匙色拉油及葱末、蒜末,高火3分钟。

③放入辣椒、花生、酱油、精盐、味精、芝麻油、米醋、淀粉、水,拌匀后高火2分钟。

④再放入鱿鱼,高火3分钟即可。
