对以 3个优良三倍体梨品种大水核、安梨、白皮洋和 2个二倍体品种为亲本的 5个杂交组合的 14 7株F1 代进行了染色体数目鉴定 ,发现 2株三倍体 ( 2n =3x =51) ,1株四倍体( 2n =4x =6 8) ,这 3株多倍体均为大水核×白皮洋的F1 代 ,表明三倍体梨品种间杂交也能获得多倍体 ,多倍体出现率为 9。
