调味料:
姜 25克
葱 10克
八角 2个
黄酒 18克
老抽 15克
蚕豆酱 25克
白糖 10克
味精 30克
胡椒粉少许
姜切片,葱改段,待用;
鸡肉切成块状,板栗煮熟后去壳;
炒锅上火放油烧热,放姜片、八角、鸡块炒香,下板栗翻炒,倒入高汤,入调味料用大火烧开,转小火焖20分钟;再用大火收汁,加入葱段,打芡,淋明油即可。
特别提示:鸡肉烧制时间不宜过长。
