补充资料:凉拌野苋菜
主 料: 野苋菜1/2斤(约300克),辣椒1只。
配 料: 调味料:盐1/2茶匙,生抽、香醋各1汤匙,糖1/2茶匙。
做 法: 1、将野苋菜老叶摘掉,洗净,沥干水分,切成四厘米长段,放入滚水中焯至断生,沥干捞出。2、辣椒去籽切粒。3、混合调味料,加辣椒粒备用。4、把野苋菜放入调味料中拌匀,即可上碟。
备 注: 凉拌用野苋菜(俗称“马屎苋”)要选取茎嫩叶大的,有成串花蕾的太老了,且含纤维也多。
