结果表明:Al-20%Mg2Si过共晶合金在电磁搅拌下出现了非搅拌凝固中所没有的-αAl相晶粒,初生Mg2Si呈簇状分布在基体上,且随着搅拌电压的升高,α-Al相晶粒尺寸减小,Mg2Si团簇尺寸增大;而且电磁搅拌下,Al-20%Mg2Si过共晶合金的硬度随搅拌电压增加而增加。

The experimental results show that the Al-P or Al-Ti-B can refine and modify primary Mg2Si, and the refinement and modification efficiency of Al-P master alloy can be improved after the addition of Al-Ti-B.

[原料/调料]

蛤仔20粒,猪肚1/2个,鲜香菇6朵,荷兰豆50克。

[制作流程]

①将猪肚反面用盐冲洗,再用油擦洗两遍、然后用热水煮熟透,捞起待凉。将鲜香菇、荷兰豆、蛤仔洗净。香菇对切,荷兰豆去头尾。

②将冷却后的猪肚切块,放回原来的猪肚汤内,加入鲜香菇,待滚后再放蛤仔于汤内,然后加入荷兰豆,最后用盐、味精调味即可。
