原料: 原 料:
蕨菜500克,精盐,味精,植物油,葱花,麻油各适量。
制法: (1)蕨采去老叶柄,洗净,放入沸水锅中焯一下,捞出沥水,然后切成长3厘米的段。
(2)炒锅上火,放油烧热,下葱花煸香,加入蕨菜旺火快炒1分钟,加入精盐,炒至入味,淋上麻油,拌匀装盘即成。
特点: 清香滑嫩,爽脆可口,清热解毒,止痒消疹。
