[原料/调料]

鱼卵黄瓜泡菜 1/3杯

寿司米 1杯

水 8/10杯

海苔 1张

醋姜片 2大匙

(1)白醋 1又1/2大匙

盐 1/4小匙

白糖 1大匙

(2)沙拉酱 2大匙

[制作流程]

(1)寿司米1杯洗净(米勿搓洗过久),加水8/10杯放入电锅中煮熟,焖约10分钟后,趁热加入调味料(1)用饭匙拌匀,一边并用电扇吹凉热饭以及吹散醋味,此即为寿司醋饭。

(2)将海苔剪成长12~15公分,宽3公分的长方形备用。

(3)将手略为沾湿,取适量寿司饭略压成长4公分、宽2公分、高2公分的形状,依序做好5个备用。

(4)用海苔将寿司饭围边包起,底部需平整,于寿司饭上挤上少许沙拉酱,放上2片小黄瓜,再盛上鱼卵点缀即可,食用时搭配醋姜片风味更佳。
