Objective: To investigate the changes of renal function, urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase enzyme (NAG), liver function, myocardial enzyme, pathology of renal damage and mechanism of acute renal function failure ( ARF )associated with fish gall bladder poisoning and to summarize the successful experiences in the treatment of such patients.

Objective: To study the functional changes of liver, kidney, myocardium and gastro-intestine after fish gall bladder poisoning and the pathogenic mechanism of acute renal failure.

[原料/调料]
鱼卵 1杯
海胆酱 1/4杯
细砂糖 1/2大匙
[制作流程]
(1)将鱼卵洗净,用细目筛网过滤,彻底沥干水份后备用。
(2)将海胆酱与细糖拌匀备用,如果喜欢海胆酱原味,则可不加糖调味。
(3)将鱼卵放入容器中,加入作法(2)材料拌匀,即可加盖冷藏,食用前再挖取适量盛盘,或者置于生菜、寿司上均可,冷藏约可保存2~3天。
