| 萝卜芽(radish sprouts) 别名娃娃萝卜菜。萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)种子萌发形成的肥嫩幼苗。中国长江流域及日本均有生产。品质鲜嫩、风味独特，富含维生素A、维生素C和钙、磷等。可作汤料或沙拉等。 萝卜芽喜温暖湿润，不耐干旱和高温，对光照要求不严。温度适宜时播种后7-10天下胚轴长5-6cm即可收获。一般萝卜品种种子都可使用，但以绿肥萝卜种子为好。一般萝卜品种种子都可使用，但以绿肥萝卜种子为好。日本有供高温期使用的福叶40日萝卜，供中、低温期使用的大阪4010萝卜、理想40日萝卜等专用品种。茎白或淡绿色，叶色浓绿或淡绿，胚轴粗而有光泽。芽菜品质柔嫩，需及时采收。 种植区宜离市场较近，多次分批播种，分期收获。露地或塑料大棚等保护地均可种植。采用土壤及营养液栽培均可，露地用平畦直播法，4-11月播种。畦面要求细碎平整，浇足肥水后均匀撒种。1平方米用种80-120g，播后盖疏松细土。多雨条件下不需灌水，干燥时早晚均匀浇水，应避免水大冲倒幼苗。幼苗高3cm时，再浇一次肥水，以后不再施肥。塑料大棚内种植时，低温期要注意保温，促进生长；气温上升应及时通风。从播种到两片真叶展开，一般需10-17天，低温阴雨时需15天左右。如根系白嫩生育正常的可推迟2-3日采收。中国湖南长沙于撒播种子后，一次盖土厚10cm，出土后即收获，黄化嫩芽，品质更加脆嫩。傍晚采收或清晨3-4点采收。收获时连根拔起，捆扎包装时切勿过紧或过松。 |
