性质:又称茄解碱,а-澳洲茄碱。针状结晶(甲醇)。熔点301~303℃。旋光度-88°(c=1.01,吡啶),旋光度-74.5°(c=0.51,甲醇)。溶于热乙醇和热二氧六环,微溶于热水和稀醋酸,不溶于氯仿和乙醚。存在于茄科植物澳洲茄(Solanum aviculare Forst.)的果实。有兴奋心脏、升高血糖及治疗感冒发热、咳嗽气喘的作用,并有抗癌活性。
