| 双因素理论 two-factor theory 美国心理学家F.赫茨伯格1966年提出的一种工作动机理论。又称激励-保健理论。赫茨伯格将影响工作积极性的因素分为两类：①激励因素。如成就、认可、工作自身、责任感和发展等，它们一般都与工作内容有关，即都存在于工作内部。激励因素的满足导致了工作满意。②保健因素。如公司的政策和行政管理、监督、工资、人际关系和工作条件等，它们一般与工作环境有关。保健因素的满足能减少工作的不满意感。赫茨伯格认为，工作满意和不满意不是同一个维度的两个极端，而是两类不同的因素。激励因素的满足虽然能导致工作满意，但缺乏激励因素也不会产生不满意；缺乏保健因素虽然会导致工作不满意，但保健因素的满足却不会增加职工对工作的满意。 双因素理论对管理心理学有着重大影响。首先，它为职务设计奠定了基础，而这种设计可以提供更有兴趣、更吸引人的工作。而且，这个理论也成了工作丰富化的理论基础之一。其次，双因素理论也激起了人们对内在动机的兴趣。 |
