批评了一部分干部中滋长着的不利于团个人主义和骄傲自满情绪。 《在军事学院举行国家考试时的酬对于中国的国防和军队的现代化建设重要的作用，至今仍具有指导意义。 (李洪:抽剧盯。教育培养问题的军事著作。是朱德于1954年4月25日在军事学院举行国家考试时对学员的讲话。全文约1 900：芋，收入1983年8月出版的《朱德选集》。 1954．年3月下旬，中国人民解放军军事学院基本系、情报系第l期学员即将毕业，中央人民政府人民革命军事委员会组织了以朱德为主席的国家考试委员会，对学员进行考核。4月25日，朱德向参加国家考试的学员做了重要讲话。讲话指出，为了保障祖国的安全，保卫国内社会主义建设，保卫亚洲和世界和平，必须把中国人民解放军建设成为世界上优良的现代化革命军队。实现这一历史任务，标志着中国人民解放军建设已进入一个新的阶段，即是由过去军事建设尚处于比较低级的阶段进到掌握现代军事技术的高级阶段。要实现这一转变，最重要的是大量培养为现代化军队所必需的干部。如果没有一大批与现代化军队要求相适应的军事指挥干部和政治干部，要建设一支强大的现代化军队是不可能的。为此，要求军队各院校应明确认识自己在国防现代化建设任务中所负培养干部的重大责任。培养出来的干部必须是忠心耿耿地为保卫社会主义事业服务，具有马克思列宁主义思想基础和现代化军事科学知识，具有为掌握现代化军事技术所必需的文化水平，并能掌握业务和富有革命事业心的人才。只要有了这样的德才兼备的干部到陆军、海军和空军中去，在党的领导下，全军共同努力，一支强大的现代化的革命军队就一定能够建立起来。讲话还强调必须增强党的团结，特别是增强党的高级干部和军队的高级干部的团结。党的团结是党领导革命走向胜利的基本保证，过去就是由于有了以毛泽东为首的党中央的统一领导和全党的团结一致，并依靠全党的团结，领导和团结全国人民，才战胜了国内国外的敌人，完成了新民主主义革命，建立了中华人民共和国。现在正当党领导全国人民进行社会主义建设和社会主义改造的时候，革命事业更加伟大和艰巨。因此，增强党的团结，特别是党的高级干部和军队的高级干部的团结，是决定革命胜利的最主要关键。讲话还】讲Zai Iunshi Xueyuan Iuxing GuKaoshi Shi de Jionghua《在军事学院举行国家考试时(话》(SPeeeha，the Narional%26ami”inth。Wa;cozlege)朱德关于军队朱德检阅中国人民解放军军事学院学员解放军画报社供稿
