【性状】
本品为淡黄色片。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品的细粉适量（约相当于尼群地平50mg），加丙酮2ml,振摇， 滤过，滤液加20％氢氧化钠溶液2 ～3 滴，振摇，溶液显橙黄色。 (2)避光操作。 取本品的细粉适量（约相当于尼群地平10mg），置100ml量瓶中，加 无水乙醇适量，振摇使尼群地平溶解，加无水乙醇至刻度，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，用 无水乙醇制成每1ml中含20μg的溶液，照尼群地平项下的鉴别（2）项试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
含量均匀度 避光操作。取本品1 片，置乳钵中，研细，加无水乙醇分 次转移至100ml 量瓶中，置温水浴中，时时振摇，使尼群地平溶解，放冷，加无水乙醇至刻度， 摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液5ml，置另一100ml量瓶中，用无水乙醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，照分光 光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在236nm的波长处测定吸收度，应符合规定（附录Ⅹ E）。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）
【含量测定】
取本品30片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于尼群地平 0.13g），照尼群地平项下的方法，自“加冰醋酸20ml”起，依法测定，即得。
