Objective: To investigate the expression of sulfate transporter genes, Sulfate Anion Trasporter (SAT-1) and Diastrophic Dysplasia Sulfate Transporter (DTDST) by the cell lines Rx and Ng derived from Swarm Rat Chondrosarcoma.
目的 :研究Swarm鼠软骨肉瘤细胞株Rx和Ng中两种输硫蛋白基因 ,硫阴离子输运蛋白 (SulfateAnionTrans porter,SAT 1)和软骨发育不良畸形输硫蛋白 (DiastrophicDysplasiaSulfateTransporter,DTDST)表达情况。

本实验目的在于研究血管粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)基因在肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良(TibialDyschondroplasia,TD)中不同阶段的差异表达,进一步对肉鸡TD的发病机理进行探讨。

畸形骨发育不良综合征
为常染色体隐性遗传。表现：出生身长42cm，成人身高100～140cm，明显矮小。足内翻，近侧指趾关节屈曲受限及伸肘受限，负重时伴或不伴有膝或髋关节脱位。骨短而厚，伴有干骺端增宽与骨骺变平而不规则，骨化推迟。腕骨比其他骨骼之骨化加速，第1掌骨极小，拇指间近移位，近侧指关节不同程度并指骨畸形。关节处不同程度呈蹼状。马蹄内翻足。脊柱侧弯伴或不伴后凸，椎根间狭窄。耳骨内有软性囊性块发展为耳软骨肥大，最终可骨化。成活者一般健康良好，智力正常。
