材料
小排骨(腩排)半斤、甜橙1个、炒香白芝麻适量。
做法
1.取半个甜橙压出橙汁,另外半个取适量橙肉切块备用。
2.小排骨先用少许盐、味精、生抽、2小匙生粉入味片刻,用滚油炸至表面金黄捞出沥油。
3.爆香蒜蓉下小排骨煸炒至熟。
4.用甜橙汁勾芡,最后放入橙肉拌匀,上碟撒上芝麻即可(甜橙芡:盐、生抽、糖、生粉各适量、鲜榨橙汁)
