【性状】
本品为白色糖衣片，除去糖衣后显白色或类白色。
【鉴别】
取本品5片，除去糖衣后，加水10ml，振摇使丙戊酸钠溶解，滤过，滤 液照丙戊酸钠项下的鉴别(1)(2)(3)项试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片(0.2g规格)或20片(0.1g规格)，置100ml量瓶中，加水约50ml，振 摇使丙戊酸钠溶解，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液25ml，照丙戊酸钠项下的方法， 自“加乙醚30ml”起，依法测定。每1ml盐酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于16.62mg的C8H15NaO2 。
