清热,除湿,利水,明目。治消渴,面目黄,脚气。 ①《本草拾遗》:"主不睡,去面目并舌上热黄,消渴,明目,解酒毒,除热气,健人。" ②《食疗本草》:"主逆气。" ③《食医心镜》:"理心烦闷,益气力,止渴,主消渴,利水道,下气,理风热,脚气,蒸煮食之。" ④汪颖《食物木草》:"治出汗,中风失音。" ⑤《纲目》:"干者烧研入盐,擦牙疳。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,2~3两;或煮食。
