【植物形态】
植物形态：多年生常绿草本，高约达60厘米。根茎长而横走，密被暗褐色鳞片。叶远生，叶柄长15~30厘米，禾秆色或基部褐棕色，无毛，叶片卵圆状披针形或三角状披针形，长10~30厘米，宽6~15厘米，3~4回羽状分裂；羽片6~9对，互生，下部羽片披针状三角形，斜展；小羽片多数，最后裂片3裂，裂片长4~8毫米，宽1~2毫米，先端短尖。叶革质至亚革质，无毛，叶脉分离，但在孢子囊群着生的脉端相连。孢子囊群短线形，沿裂片两侧叶缘着生，子囊群盖为由多少变形的叶缘反卷而成，膜质而宽，可在裂片的中肋相遇，向内开口。孢子四面形，透明，一般有厚而具棱或具疣状突起的雕纹。 生态分布：产我国长江流域至南部和西南部各省；多生于山坡林下沟边，丛林边，阴湿岩石草丛中。 药用部分：根茎和全草入药，全年均可采收。 用途：性味苦，寒。解各种毒，称"万能解毒剂"。（常与乌韭混同，但认为乌蕨效果最佳。）用量：全草5钱~1.5两。
