   形态特征:蕨科蕨属多年生草本植物,株高0.5-1米,具根状茎;叶呈丛状生,三回羽状复叶,羽片8对。孢子囊群呈条形,沿叶缘边脉着生。孢子壁表面具颗粒状纹饰。
    生境分布:生于林区的山坡草丛或林缘阳光充足处。分布于全国各地,以长江以北较多。世界温带和暖温带其它地区也有。 
    用途:根状茎含淀粉,可提取淀粉供食用;嫩叶经腌制后供食用,为名贵的山野菜;全草入药,能清热利湿、消肿、利水、安神。
