将砂仁10克,白胡椒3克,生姜数片及适量羊肉共煮汤,熟后放入适量食盐服食。
每周3次。
其中砂仁温中化湿、行气和中;白胡椒、生姜辛温理气;羊肉辛温补虚、养胃散寒。砂仁羊肉汤具健脾散寒、温胃止痛的作用,特别适合胃病中医辨证属脾胃虚寒者,患者常表现为胃脘隐痛、喜暖喜按、泛吐清水、四肢不温、神疲乏力、舌淡苔白、脉细。
