药膳乌鸡汤
用料：
1、母乌鸡一只，整下理干净后过沸水，捞起放进炖锅里。
2、明参50克、当归20克、黄芪50克、党参30克、莲子20克、山药50克、百合30克、苡仁50克、红枣30克、枸杞10克，全部洗净。
做法：
将已过沸水的鸡放进炖锅中，加入快满锅的水，大火烧沸后放入明参、当归、黄芪、党参、莲子。沸后打去浮沫，加盖改微火煲上半小时。再放入山药、百合、苡仁，加盖继续煲。前后共煲一个半小时后，放适量盐，再加入红枣和枸杞，加盖再煲半小时至软烂后起锅倒进汤钵里即成。
