主料：土母鸡一只
配料：薏米、莲米各10克，当归一根，沙参、天麻四根，枸杞、红枣各10克，老姜三片，白胡椒粉少许
第一步：提前6个小时将薏米、莲米用凉水泡上，莲米要去芯，否则里面的芯会很苦，影响口感，薏米提前用水浸泡，可以让薏米的营养成份充分溢出，方便吸收。
第二步：鸡洗净，切成小块，用开水焯一下，倒点料酒，去掉血水。
第三步：在砂锅里装上半锅饮用水，要凉水，一次性将水加够，放入鸡块，用大火把汤煮开，掀开盖子，用大火煮20分钟，再加入薏米、莲米、当归、沙参、天麻，按顺时针方向搅动，盖上锅盖，改用小火慢慢炖上一个小时就好了，期间每10分钟搅动一下锅底，防止粘锅。
第四步：鸡汤炖好后，不要在砂锅里加盐，吃的时候在汤碗里加盐就好了，这个口味应该吃清淡点，才能吃出药香味。
